Welcome to BoostSync for Xero and Airtable (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
BoostSync for Xero and Airtable helps teams connect Airtable bases, tables, and records with Xero organizations, sales invoices, and quotes. You are responsible for maintaining valid Airtable and Xero accounts, permissions, subscriptions, and authorizations needed to use the Service.
2. Connected Platforms and Authorization
The Service uses OAuth authorization for Airtable and Xero. You authorize the Service to access the Airtable workspaces, bases, tables, records, fields, Xero organizations, sales invoices, quotes, and related information required for the features you configure. Your use of Airtable and Xero remains subject to their own terms and policies.
3. Configuration and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing which Airtable tables to configure, defining field mappings, selecting the active Xero organization, reviewing imported or linked Xero documents, and confirming that synced data is accurate for your workflow. Xero remains authoritative, and sync actions may overwrite existing values in mapped Airtable fields.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with Boost Plugins Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service except as permitted by us in writing. Your data remains your property and is governed by the Airtable and Xero accounts, systems, and permissions you configure.
5. Availability, Warranty, and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, Airtable or Xero outages, incorrect mappings, sync errors, overwritten Airtable values, or business interruption.
6. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security concerns, misuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Disconnecting Airtable or removing a Xero organization prevents the Service from performing future sync actions for that connection but does not remove values already written to Airtable.
7. Changes and Contact
