This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Boost Technology Holdings, LLC. (“Boost Plugins”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the BoostSync for Xero and Airtable application (the “Service”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Service through the Airtable Marketplace or another authorized distribution channel, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
1. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Boost Plugins grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes to synchronize supported data from Xero into Airtable as intended by the Service.
No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
2. Use of the Service
Eligibility
You must have a valid Airtable account and a valid Xero account to use the Service.
Permitted Use
You may use the Service only:
- Within an Airtable base you are authorized to use
- To sync and manage supported Xero data in Airtable
- In compliance with this Agreement, Airtable’s terms, and Xero’s terms
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the Service
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its operation
3. Integrations and Third-Party Platforms
The Service is delivered as an Airtable extension and uses the BoostSync service to connect Airtable with Xero through OAuth2.
Your use of the Service is also subject to:
- Airtable’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Xero’s developer platform terms and API usage policies
Boost Plugins is not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by Airtable or Xero.
4. Data, Privacy, and Security
Data Ownership
All data accessed or synchronized via the Service remains your property or the property of your organization.
Data Storage
The Service may securely process Airtable and Xero business data through BoostSync infrastructure and service providers as needed to deliver the Service.
OAuth Tokens
Airtable and Xero OAuth tokens may be securely stored by the Service so it can perform the connection and sync actions you authorize.
Privacy
Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, code, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Boost Plugins Inc. or its licensors.
Except for the limited licence granted above, no ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
6. Fees and Billing
Billing for the Service, if applicable, may be handled through the Airtable Marketplace or another billing method presented by Boost Plugins, subject to the applicable billing terms.
Boost Plugins does not process or store payment information directly.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all workflows.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Boost Plugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption
Boost Plugins’ total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no fees were paid.
9. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Service from your Airtable base and disconnecting the Service.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your licence to use the Service ends immediately
- OAuth tokens and related configuration data will be deleted within 10 days
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boost Plugins Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
