Digital Marketing & Customer Success Intern (Part-time)

We’re looking for a Marketing and Customer Success Intern to join our team as soon as possible, ideally for a 3+ month period. This is a junior-level role; no prior industry experience is required - we’ll teach you what you need to know. You’ll help with the digital marketing and customer success side of the business. This includes SEO, content creation, marketing, branding, and customer engagement. A big part of the role involves writing: blog posts, knowledge-base cookbooks, and support content. You should bring curiosity, be open to learning, and enjoy working with a small supportive team in a technical environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Technical Skills
- Strong writing skills (blog, marketing, and technical writing)
- Understanding of SEO and web analytics
- Interest in branding and customer-facing content
- Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis
Soft Skills
- Open to learning and feedback
- Able to read, absorb, and apply new information quickly
- Curious and proactive; comfortable taking initiative
- Willing to consider multiple perspectives
Bonus Skills
- Social media ad campaign management
- Photoshop or design experience
- Video creation/editing (Final Cut, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere)
