Digital Marketing & Customer Success Intern (Part-time)

Remote (North America)

$20-35/hour

We’re looking for a Marketing and Customer Success Intern to join our team as soon as possible, ideally for a 3+ month period. This is a junior-level role; no prior industry experience is required - we’ll teach you what you need to know. You’ll help with the digital marketing and customer success side of the business. This includes SEO, content creation, marketing, branding, and customer engagement. A big part of the role involves writing: blog posts, knowledge-base cookbooks, and support content. You should bring curiosity, be open to learning, and enjoy working with a small supportive team in a technical environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

Technical Skills

  • Strong writing skills (blog, marketing, and technical writing)
  • Understanding of SEO and web analytics
  • Interest in branding and customer-facing content
  • Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis

Soft Skills

  • Open to learning and feedback
  • Able to read, absorb, and apply new information quickly
  • Curious and proactive; comfortable taking initiative
  • Willing to consider multiple perspectives

Bonus Skills

  • Social media ad campaign management
  • Photoshop or design experience

Software Engineer Intern (Part-time)

Remote (North America)

$20-35/hour

We’re looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our team. This is a junior-level role; no prior industry experience is required. You’ll work on both frontend and backend applications, structure and handle data in code, and contribute to the development of our SaaS plugins. You should be comfortable exploring documentation, proposing solutions, and working in an agile environment with scoped tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a startup building integrations for some of the largest project management, e-commerce, and accounting platforms in the world.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

Technical Skills

  • Experience writing software for frontend and backend applications
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Understanding of web APIs and how to interact with them
  • Basic understanding of frontend development (React or similar)
  • Ability to structure and handle data effectively in code
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and scoped tasks
  • Ability to read documentation and propose technical solutions

Soft Skills

  • Open to learning and feedback
  • Curious and proactive; comfortable taking initiative
  • Able to read, absorb, and apply new technical concepts quickly
  • Collaborative and willing to consider multiple approaches
