Welcome to Simple SLA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Policy describes how Simple SLA handles your information when you use our app for Jira Cloud.
1. Data Collection and Storage
- No Data Storage: Simple SLA does not store, process, or transmit your Jira data, passwords, or any sensitive information on our own servers. All data is securely stored and managed by Atlassian within your Jira Cloud instance.
- No Credentials Collected: We never ask for, collect, or store your Jira credentials or passwords.
- Jira as Data Controller: All project, issue, and user data accessed by Simple SLA remains within Jira Cloud and is subject to Atlassian’s security and privacy practices.
2. How Simple SLA Works
- Jira Forge Platform: Simple SLA is built using Atlassian’s Forge platform, which enforces strict security and data isolation. All app code runs within Atlassian’s infrastructure and cannot access data outside of what is explicitly permitted by Jira’s APIs and your granted permissions.
- Data Access: The app only accesses Jira data necessary to provide SLA tracking and reporting features. No data is exported, transferred, or stored outside of Jira Cloud.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your data with any third parties.
3. Security
- Atlassian Security: All data and operations are protected by Atlassian’s security controls. For more information, see the Jira Cloud Security Overview and Forge Security for Apps.
- No External Data Transfer: Simple SLA does not transmit your Jira data outside of Atlassian’s infrastructure.
4. Cookies and Tracking
- No Tracking: Simple SLA does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technologies.
5. Your Rights
- Data Control: All your data remains under your control within Jira Cloud. To manage, export, or delete your data, please use Jira’s built-in tools or contact your Jira administrator.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Your continued use of Simple SLA after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
