1. Use of the Service

You must have a valid monday.com account to use Shared Notes Pro.
monday.com Integration:
The Service operates entirely within your monday.com environment and is subject to monday.com’s terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

You may use Shared Notes Pro solely for the purpose of syncing notes and linking information across your monday.com boards as intended by the app features.
2. Data and Security
No Third-Party Data Storage:
We do not store, process, or transmit your data on any third-party servers or services outside of monday.com’s secure infrastructure.
Security:

Data Ownership:
All data remains the property of you and/or your organization and is managed by monday.com. We do not claim ownership over any notes or content you create using the app.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All intellectual property rights in Shared Notes Pro remain with Boost Plugins Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app code or design without our permission.
User Content:
Any content you create, sync, or manage using Shared Notes Pro remains your property and is stored within your monday.com account.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Shared Notes Pro, including data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.
monday.com Responsibility:
Because the app runs entirely within the monday.com ecosystem, all data handling and hosting security are governed by monday.com’s policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from monday.com’s services, downtime, or infrastructure.
5. Termination
Termination by You:
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling Shared Notes Pro via your monday.com account.
Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Shared Notes Pro if you violate these terms or misuse the Service.
Data Deletion:
Upon uninstalling the app, all configuration data associated with the app will be removed in accordance with monday.com's data retention policies.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app listing or on our website. Continued use of Shared Notes Pro after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
