Mirror Email Activity syncs email activity across matching monday.com items, so the full conversation history follows the right contact, lead, customer, ticket, or deal wherever it appears.

Use it to find items with the same email address across your workspace and populate missing email activity directly into the item view. Single-item syncing is available for focused updates, while Pro users can sync selected items in bulk.

The app also includes shared notes that go beyond monday.com's default notes. Attach a note to an email, name, or other identifier, and that note can surface anywhere the same value appears across your boards.
