Welcome to **Sync for eBay** ("we," "us," or "our"), an app built for monday.com. By installing or using **Sync for eBay** (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Eligibility
You must have a valid monday.com account to use Sync for eBay.
monday.com Integration
The Service operates entirely within your monday.com environment and is subject to monday.com’s terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
Permitted Use
You may use Sync for eBay solely for syncing and integrating data between monday.com and eBay as intended by the app.
2. Data and Security
No Third-Party Data Storage
We do not store, process, or transmit your monday.com or eBay data on any third-party servers or services outside of monday.com’s secure infrastructure.
OAuth Token Storage
We store your eBay OAuth token to enable secure syncing between monday.com and eBay. This token is stored exclusively using monday.com’s secure storage mechanisms and is never transmitted or stored outside the monday.com platform.
Security
All Service operations are performed within monday.com’s app framework, which enforces strict security and data isolation. For more information, see the monday.com Security Overview.
Data Ownership
All data remains the property of you and/or your organization and is managed by monday.com.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in Sync for eBay remain with Boost Plugins Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without our permission.
User Content
Any content you create or manage using Sync for eBay remains your property and is stored within monday.com.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sync for eBay, including data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.
monday.com Responsibility
All data handling and security are governed by monday.com’s policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from monday.com’s services or infrastructure.
eBay Responsibility
Use of eBay services is governed by eBay’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from eBay’s services, APIs, or infrastructure.
5. Termination
Termination by You
You may uninstall Sync for eBay at any time via your monday.com account.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sync for eBay for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.
Data Deletion
Upon uninstalling the app, all data associated with your account, including OAuth tokens, will be deleted from our systems within 10 days.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of Sync for eBay after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
