End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Boost Technology Holdings, LLC governing your use of Issue History Viewer for Jira (the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes within Jira.
2. Permitted Use
- You must have a valid Jira account to use the Service.
- You may use the Service only to review and analyze issue history and related data within Jira.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the Service.
3. Platform and Data
The Service operates within Jira and may rely on Atlassian platform services. The Service accesses only the data required to display issue history and related context and does not intentionally store Jira business data on external third-party servers outside approved platform services.
4. Billing
If fees apply, billing is handled through the Atlassian Marketplace or other approved billing channels. We do not process payment information directly.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boost Technology Holdings, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
