End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Boost Technology Holdings, LLC governing your use of Sync for Instagram for monday.com (the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes to connect and synchronize approved Instagram data with monday.com.
2. Permitted Use
- You must have a valid monday.com account and any required Instagram account or permissions to use the Service.
- You may use the Service only to connect, sync, and manage approved data between monday.com and Instagram.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the Service.
3. Third-Party Platforms
The Service operates within monday.com’s app framework and may rely on Instagram or Meta platform APIs and permissions. Your use of the Service is also subject to monday.com’s terms and any applicable Instagram or Meta platform terms or API policies.
4. Data and Security
The Service accesses only the data required to perform syncing and related setup. We do not store your monday.com or Instagram business data on external third-party servers outside approved platform services, and any required tokens are handled using monday.com’s secure storage mechanisms.
5. Billing
If fees apply, billing is handled through the monday.com Apps Marketplace in accordance with monday.com’s billing terms. We do not process payment information directly.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boost Technology Holdings, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
