Troubleshooting
If the integration is not working as expected, review the checks below before reconnecting the app or contacting support.
Authorization Issues
Reconnect the Amazon Seller Central account if tokens have expired or permissions changed. Confirm the correct account is selected in the app settings.
Missing or Incomplete Data
Review board mappings, filters, and sync settings to make sure the relevant fields and record types are enabled.
Sync Delays
Temporary delays can happen because of platform limits, queue backlogs, or rate limiting. If data does not update after a reasonable interval, retry the sync and review any logs available in the app.
