By installing or using Simple SLA for Jira, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
- You must maintain a valid Jira account and the permissions needed to use the app.
- You may use the app only for intended SLA tracking, workflow monitoring, and related Jira operations.
- You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
2. Data and Security
The app accesses only the Jira data required to perform SLA calculations and related display or configuration features. Data handling remains subject to Jira and Atlassian platform security practices.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app remain with Boost Technology Holdings, LLC or its licensors. Your underlying Jira data remains yours or your organization’s.
4. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.
