Boost Plugins provides paid and unpaid SaaS products. Certain features require a subscription. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Boost Plugins, including our websites, apps, integrations, APIs, automation tools, documentation, dashboards, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). These Services are provided by Boost Technology Holdings LLC (“Boost Plugins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Boost Plugins. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services We Provide

Boost Plugins builds workflow automation tools, data-sync engines, integrations, and marketplace applications used by businesses to connect platforms.

End-to-end managed plugins

We take complete business ownership for each and every service, app, or plugin that we list. Each offering contains its own terms and conditions which supersede this document.

One-off plugins and Contracting Services

Individuals and busses may choose to partner with us to enhance software. We support automated updates, cross-system messaging, notifications, event-driven triggers, and similar features so teams can operate from a unified workflow. The terms of each service are on a per instance basis an the terms agreed upon will supersede this document.

Private Equity and Partnerships

We actively acquire and partner with individuals and firms to acquire or enhance software, licensing our plugin technology with shared upside on the revenue it drives. The terms of this service are on a per instance basis an the terms agreed upon will supersede this document.

Affiliate Services

For agencies, consultants, and operators who partner with us we the terms of our affiliate offerings are on a per instance basis an the terms agreed upon will supersede this document.

How Our Services Are Funded

Boost Plugins operates a subscription-based SaaS model. Some Services are free; others require payment. We may also offer optional paid add-ons, premium sync features, increased usage quotas, or enterprise licensing.

We do not sell personal data.

We may recommend relevant upgrades, extensions, or partner services based on your usage. We may provide third-party analytics partners with aggregated, non-identifying information (e.g., feature adoption rates) to improve product performance.

Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is used and the choices you have.

Your Commitments

To maintain the reliability and safety of the Services, you agree to the following.

You may use our services if

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have authority to bind your organization when creating a business account.
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Use the Services only as permitted by applicable law.

You may not use our services if

  • Your account was previously suspended or terminated.
  • You attempt to bypass security controls or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • You are prohibited from receiving SaaS or software services under applicable laws.

What you may not do, directly or indirectly

  • Violate these Terms or any applicable policies.
  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading purposes.
  • Interfere with system performance or security.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where allowed by law.
  • Misuse API keys, tokens, or authentication credentials.
  • Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you do not have rights to.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing restrictions.
  • Share data or content you do not have rights to share, including third-party intellectual property.

Permissions you grant us

If you upload or transmit content (data mappings, configuration files, templates, metadata, board structures, sync definitions, etc.), you retain all rights to your content.

You grant Boost Plugins a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, process, modify, and display content for the purpose of providing the Services.
  • We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules.
  • Create derived operational data used for analytics, debugging, and feature optimization.

This license ends when the content is permanently deleted from our systems.

Deleting your content

Content may persist in backups for up to 90 days and may be retained longer when required for:

  • compliance with law
  • investigating violations
  • preventing harm
  • resolving disputes

Use of your organization name

You authorize us to reference your organization name and logo for identification within shared integrations or dashboards (e.g., “Connected to Xero – [Your Company Name]”). Marketing use requires separate permission.

Software updates

You permit us to automatically apply updates, patches, or configuration changes needed to operate the Services securely.

Limits on using our intellectual property

Boost Plugins retains all rights to:

  • trademarks
  • branding
  • product designs
  • UI/UX assets
  • documentation
  • code
  • proprietary algorithms.

You may not use these without written permission unless otherwise permitted by an open-source license we provide.

Additional Provisions

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as products evolve or to comply with law. We will provide notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms or applicable policies
  • abuse system resources
  • pose security risks
  • fail to pay for Services
  • remain inactive for an extended period.

You may request review unless prohibited by law or security concerns.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided “as is.”
  • We disclaim all implied warranties.
  • We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, API limits, permission restrictions, or data inaccuracies originating from external systems.

Boost Plugins is not liable for:

  • lost profits or revenue
  • loss of data
  • business interruption
  • indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Our maximum aggregate liability is the lesser of: $100, or the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Disputes

Any claim arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located unless otherwise required by applicable jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

Supplemental product-specific terms may apply to certain integrations or APIs. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified as needed or removed; the rest remain valid. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our consent. Feedback may be used by Boost Plugins without restriction or obligation.
