Set up your workspace
Add the workspace template
Add the ready-to-use Shopify workspace template from the monday template center. During onboarding, opt in to connect only the default Orders and Customers boards, or skip the template to use your own boards.
Connect your existing boards
Open an item on an existing Contacts, Deals, or other board. Add the Shopify item view and follow its board connection flow to choose the data type and review the proposed mapping.
Create and link items
See how the item view behaves for linked and unlinked items. Create a customer in Shopify from monday.com, or link an existing Shopify record. Integration-created items are linked automatically.
Customize your board data
Open Board in the item view, choose the Shopify sources for your monday columns, and apply filters to decide which records belong on that board.
Reconcile existing contacts
Match an existing monday contacts board with Shopify customers before importing. Follow the reconciliation job and review matches so your team can keep using its current board with fewer duplicates.
Your connected boards, all in one place
Return to the app homepage to see connected boards, check real-time and import status, and launch an import. Repeated imports update existing linked items rather than creating duplicates.
