1. Use of the Service
BoostSync for Xero and ClickUp helps teams connect ClickUp lists and tasks with Xero organizations and accounting items. You are responsible for maintaining valid ClickUp and Xero accounts, permissions, subscriptions, and authorizations needed to use the Service.
2. Connected Platforms and Authorization
The Service uses OAuth authorization for ClickUp and Xero. You authorize the Service to access the ClickUp workspaces, ClickUp lists, ClickUp tasks, Xero organizations, Xero items, and related fields required for the features you configure. Your use of ClickUp and Xero remains subject to their own terms and policies.
3. Configuration and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing which ClickUp lists to link, defining field mappings, deciding whether users must authenticate individually or use an admin authorization, reviewing created or linked Xero items, and confirming that synced data is accurate for your workflow.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with Boost Plugins Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service except as permitted by us in writing. Your data remains your property and is governed by the connected systems and permissions you configure.
5. Availability, Warranty, and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Plugins Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, platform outages, incorrect mappings, sync errors, or business interruption.
6. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security concerns, misuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Disconnection from ClickUp or Xero may prevent the Service from syncing data.
