Learn how to use key features and tailor the app to your workflow

Note: If you have not installed the app yet, please refer to the installation guide.

Getting Started

Once the app is installed, follow these steps to get started quickly

Step 1: Add workspace

Template Install
  1. click blue plus button next to workspace
  2. from drop down, select template center
  3. In search bar, search for "Sync for Shopify"
  4. Select "Sync for Shopify Workspace"
  5. Click Use Template
  6. Wait for template to load in your workspace

Step 2: Open Application

Select board
  1. On your sidebar, select "Sync for Shopify Workspace"
  2. Select "Getting Started - Shopify"
  3. Select "Shopify Home" next to "Main Table"

Step 3: Connect Shopify

  1. Select the blue "Connect Shopify" button under "Connect Shopify & monday.com"
  2. This will open a new tab. Please keep the original tab open.
  3. Select the shopify store to install
  4. On the app install page, select "Install"

Step 4: Authorize monday.com

  1. Click the blue "Authorize monday.com" button on the "Sync for Shopify" page
  2. This will open a new monday.com page. Click "Authorize" again.
  3. This will open up a new monday.com page to install or update the monday.com app. If this is a new installation, click "Install". For an existing installation, click "Authorize"
  4. This will send you to your installed apps page. You may close this tab now

Step 5: Save Store

  1. Under "Confirm Board Mapping", select your store from the drop down.
  2. Click "Confirm" to save your store
  3. This will take a few seconds while your store is being saved

That's it! Your boards will now begin receiving real-time Shopify data.
