Becoming a Partner

Partnerships are for consultants and automation specialists who build and scale client workspaces on monday.com and major CRM/accounting ecosystems. Our goal is build a working relationship with you and standardize our apps in the solutions that you offer to clients. We know that not every customer will need our specific integrations, but it's nice to be prepared if they do. This is a no-cost partnership designed to benefit both sides.

We build and maintain a growing suite of data-sync integrations for third-party platforms.

Nearly every business depends on a CRM that integrates with external accounting, marketing, and selling systems in some form. Most generic automation layers are expensive, hard to maintain, and difficult for non-technical teams to trust at scale. Instead, we build targeted integrations that sync data into their CRMs, from large platforms like Xero, Shopify, Walmart, Meta, and more. We focus on moving data, what happens next is up to customers and partners to customize.

Our apps are already disrupting the automation market, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We're steadily replacing legacy automation solutions, one workflow at a time.

How do you benefit?

You work with clients to design high level workflows and playbooks to add automation and improve efficiencies. We handle the engineering for some common 3rd party platform integrations.

  • 01

    Strengthen your client value proposition

You can offer reliable, enterprise-grade outcomes for common business stacks, without taking on the setup and engineering cost yourself.

  • 02

Reduce ongoing maintenance and tooling costs

Our integrations require no maintenance from partners or clients. We ensure that the integration is always running in the user's CRM and we are constantly monitoring logs, metrics, uptime, etc.

  • 03

Deliver new feature requests within days

We prioritize new features from partners, and we have an open communication line to address any issues or questions that come up.

  • 04

Move faster with lower delivery risk

Our secure, tested integrations reduce rollout complexity for implementation projects, which helps you launch faster and avoid avoidable support fires after go-live.

  • 05

Find new clients to work with

We have a large database of past and current monday.com teams that use our integrations. Many of these teams can benefit from additional white-glove setup and other services you offer.

How do we benefit

Partner relationships give us tighter feedback loops, better product direction, and more visibility for the integrations we invest in and support.

  • 01

    Higher adoption and visibility

When partners standardize on our apps, more businesses discover our integrations and stick with them long term.

  • 02

    Stronger relationships with real operators

Partners are in client workspaces every day, so we stay close to practical implementation realities and can optimize the improvements to our integrations.

  • 03

Better product insight and roadmap signal

Partners identify business gaps that end customers often cannot fully articulate, giving us clearer, higher-quality feature requests and edge cases to solve.

Use Cases

Top use cases

Our solutions sit between generic tools like n8n and Zapier, and fully custom one-off builds that are expensive and different for every customer. We identify integrations that show up repeatedly across SMB workflows and build the foundation properly: authentication, data transfer, create and edit behavior, filtering, and the small but important features that make the sync actually useful. We regularly support feature requests because we know if one business needs a capability, many more usually will too.

We take pride in ensuring synced CRM data is accurate, deduplicated, and formatted according to each customer's configuration. The data always moves directly from one platform to the other without residing in a third-party database, keeping integrations secure and efficient. Once the data is in the CRM, our role is complete and partners handle the last mile of automation, mirroring, and workflow design.

    Sync for Xero

    Monitoring project invoices

One of the most common use-cases for Sync for Xero is around bi-directionally syncing invoices between monday.com and Xero to delegate work and ensure they get paid through. If an invoice changes on either side, the update is reflected immediately in the other system. The "standard" solution is to build a Zapier-style flow that needs API tokens, technical setup, and can only create new invoices. With our integration, users can install the app, sign in with Xero, choose the board they want invoices synced to, and start getting real-time data in minutes.

    Sync for Shopify

    Shopify customer CRM

With Sync for Shopify, teams can import existing store data directly into monday.com boards, including customers, orders, inventory, and abandoned checkouts. Instead of repeatedly exporting CSVs, uploading them manually, and trying to deduplicate records on the way in, users can import and sync customer data through a guided mapping UI directly in monday.com. They can even route different customer segments to different boards, such as new customers versus repeat buyers.

    Sync for Walmart

    Acknowledge Walmart orders

Many Walmart sellers struggle to acknowledge orders within the required five-hour window. With Sync for Walmart, orders sync into monday.com in real time so teams can either acknowledge them manually from their workflow view or trigger an automation to acknowledge automatically. Once the app is installed from the monday.com marketplace and connected to a Walmart seller account, orders begin flowing immediately and any changes are updated in place.

    Manage Instagram and Facebook messages

Most business accounts on Meta are not managed by the owner around the clock. With Sync for Instagram, the owner connects the account once and the broader monday.com workspace can monitor new conversations and replies as they happen. Teams can collaborate, delegate, and add notes around customer communications, which is not supported natively in Instagram and is not practical to deliver with generic automation platforms alone.
