Ways to Sync Your Data
There are three methods to initiate synchronization between Shopify and monday.com:
1. Pre-installed Automations
Your template includes ready-to-use automations that sync automatically when triggered. These automations are pre-configured in your monday.com workspace and can be viewed or modified in the Automations section of your Orders and Customers boards:
Full Board Sync
Change
Shopify Sync Actionstatus column to "Refresh Board"Syncs all orders or customers from your Shopify store to the respective board
Individual Item Sync
Change
Shopify Sync Actionstatus column to "Refresh Item"Syncs only the specific order or customer in that row
How to use: Navigate to your Orders or Customers board, find the Shopify Sync Action column, and change the status to trigger the sync.
2. Manual Sync Options
Board Group Sync (all items): Navigate to your board group → click the board group menu (three dots) → select Shopify Order Sync in the Apps section → click the sync button
Item-Level Sync (specific items): Select one or more order or customer items → click the item menu (three dots) → select Shopify Order Sync in the Apps section → click the sync button
Custom Automations
