Quickstart

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the template following your installation of the Sync for Shopify app from the monday.com marketplace. If you have not yet installed the app, please refer to our Installation Guide before proceeding.

Install the Template

Navigate to the template center by clicking the blue + button in your workspace's left sidebar. Search for "Sync for Shopify Template" and select Use Template to begin installation. The process will complete within a few seconds.

Access the "Getting Started" Board

The template installation creates three boards in your workspace:

• Getting Started – for configuration and setup

• Orders – for viewing synced order data

• Customers - for viewing synced customer data

Open the Getting Started board to access the configuration view.

Install the App on Shopify

Select the option to install the app on your Shopify store. You will be prompted to:

1. Choose which store to connect

2. Authorize the store integration within monday.com

Once authorization is complete, return to the template where your shop will now appear as an available option in the dropdown menu.

Connect Your Shopify Store

1. On the Getting Started board view, select your connected store from the dropdown menu

2. Click Save to initiate board mapping with your Shopify data

Verify Integration Setup

Upon successful Shopify authorization, a confirmation message will appear verifying your store connection. The board will be permanently configured for the specified Shopify domain.

Important: Each board template supports synchronization with a single Shopify store only. To manage multiple stores, please install additional templates from the monday.com template center.
